The staff there are great. I looked at a condo, liked it and 3 hours later an offer was submitted. They provided me up with a loan company and inspector who were both top notch. From the beginning to end I closed 45 days later. All done electronically.

Eric was wonderful to work with! He helped us find our dream home & took care of everything, as we bought it sight-unseen from 3,000+ miles away. He was very patient with us being first-time home buyers & was incredibly knowledgable. Eric was also very cordial & professional with the sellers & was an excellent communicator on our behalf. He would reply to us at all hours (even when we were on PST) so we didn’t miss a beat. High recommend! Thank you, Eric!!

To say Eric went above and beyond would be an understatement. The level of service we received from Eric was unparalleled. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were beacons of absolute ignorance. Beyond grateful a simple inquiry lead to Brittany representing me for my first home purchase. Brittany really did everything she could to ensure I got my dream house. Not only did she have so much knowledge but told me the dos and don’ts and asked me what do I need from her to do to make this happen. She also worked around the clock and after hours, set me up with success for lenders, home insurance, appraisals etc. You name it Brittany either had it scheduled or was 5 steps ahead. She made the process very easy but also checked in with me via text over the span of my closing. I've known Nicole Gorini for years, and when it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home we decided to choose her as our agent because we knew that she was very familiar with the Deland area, and we were not. We ended up choosing a house in a different area than where we were looking, and she was very flexible in helping us go under contract almost right away with our dream home. I contacted her about a year prior while we were still saving for our down payment just to get an idea of what to expect what our timeline should be. She was very helpful prior, during, and even afterward she has been readily available to answer any questions we might have. The home buying process can be very stressful, and there were definitely some challenging moments, but overall when I look back on the experience, I think it was very fun thanks to Nicole.

My husband and I plan on retiring to the Ormond Beach area and recently took a trip to view some property/homes. We met up with Shelee and were given a more in depth tour of the area. Shelee is a very knowledgeable and thorough agent and is responsive to all our questions. We are being kept up to date with new homes that come Open in the area and she keeps us informed of any price changes of homes we’ve looked at. We plan on visiting again real soon and hope to find our forever home!

They found us the perfect place. We have a large dog so condos are hard to find. They found a newly renovated property that was on the first floor as close to the beach as allowed. Every time there was an issue, they were there to solve it. Correspondence was quick and effective. We did not have many serious issues, but the few that cropped up were put to bed quickly.

She’s a great person to list your home or to buy a home from. Very dedicated and knowledgeable on real estate. I would not hesitate to use her again. She’s also a great person and very friendly which made things a lot easier for me.
